I was contacted via Future Chefs to document the Chefs Collaborative National Summit 2010. It started with the best cup of coffee I have ever had – quite literally. Thank you, Intelligentsia! Check them out – they are fantastically delicious, and very eco-friendly, as well as morally sound. They are dedicated to great coffee, and wow do they deliver!
Lunch was provided by Chive!, a lovely sustainable Event design & Catering company. It was very tasty!

It was so enjoyable to work with the Chefs Collaborative to document their national summit here in Boston. Best of luck with everything next year in New Orleans!
